Customer Policies

Product Return Policy: 

Customers may return any item purchased from APS within 30 days of receiving their order. APS reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund amount dependent upon the item’s condition when received by the APS warehouse team and/or the customer’s reason for the return. APS will not accept any returns after the 30-day window has elapsed. 

  • If the Item is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect upon delivery to the customer, APS offers a full refund of all charges, including the cost of return shipping.
  • If the customer no longer needs the item(s) or has changed their mind, a 30% restocking fee is applied to the return and retained from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the item returns to APS in used or damaged condition, or the item(s) do not arrive in the original packaging, a 50% restocking fee is applied to the return and retained from the refund amount. The customer will receive a 50% credit to their APS account. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All refunds/credits will be issued upon receipt of returned items to APS Headquarters.

Standard Payment Terms:

Standard terms for all customers have been updated to NET 15. The full balance is due 15 days after the invoice date. 

Late Fees & Delinquency:

Invoices are considered delinquent if not paid by their due date. Late fees will accrue until the invoice is paid in full.

  • 45 Days Delinquent - 3% Late Fee Added
  • 60 Days Delinquent - 4.5% Late Fee Added
  • 75 Days Delinquent - 6% Late Fee Added 

In addition to these late fees, once an account has an invoice in delinquency, that account will be placed on a credit hold suspension. All past-due invoices must be paid in full to lift suspension and resume order fulfillment. Delinquency of 75 days or more will result in the debt being placed in collections.

Shipping Deadlines: 

Orders must be placed by the cut-off time for each shipping service to be fulfilled by our warehouse team. Any orders received after these times will be processed the following business day.* 

  • Overnight - 12 PM EST
  • Express - 12 PM EST
  • Freight - 1 PM EST
  • Ground - 2 PM EST 

* Given the item(s) ordered are in stock and available to ship. 

Anti-Fraud Policy

American Pipelining Supplies is committed to maintaining the integrity and security of our transactions. To safeguard our customers and business from fraudulent activity, we strictly adhere to the following policy:

  1. Order Flagging and Review: Any order flagged as a potential fraud risk will undergo a thorough review by our fraud prevention team.

  2. Automatic Order Cancellation: If an order is confirmed to be a risk of fraud, it will be immediately canceled. American Pipelining Supplies will not fulfill or process flagged orders under any circumstances.

  3. Prohibited Transactions: Any individuals or entities associated with a flagged fraudulent order are permanently prohibited from conducting business with American Pipelining Supplies. We will not accept future orders from any individual(s) involved in the original fraudulent transaction.
